Job Description: Anderson's Chimney & Masonry is a locally owned small business but we are also Pennsylvania's largest full-service chimney and fireplace repair and restoration company. On any given day we run 8 to 12 service crews throughout a 50 mile radius of our shop in New Cumberland. Our warehouse houses supplies for all types of chimney and fireplace repairs and services including masonry work and chimney liners. It is also the warehouse hub for our Mechanicsburg stove showroom, Keystone's Fireplace & Stove.
Purpose: Maintaining Inventory, stock ordering, shipping and receiving, equipment ordering, cleaning and organizing, snow removal at our facility in winter.
Must have good driving record (will be using company vehicles for picking up supplies at vendors, and sometimes delivering stock items to job sites).
Reports to: President and works directly with our Office Manager.

Must possess high level organizational skills - Bordering on OCD is perfectly ok with us.
- Order and maintain all supplies for jobs and shop inventory.
- Responsible for all Shipping and Receiving.
- Review and order all items on job supply lists.
- Pick stock items and stage on rolling cart for technicians.
- Control inventory levels by keeping up to date inventory counts
- Must have Forklift experience.
- Must be able to drive a small dump truck.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use computer and tablet.
- Using computer software for day-to-day operations: Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. We can teach you the programs but you must be comfortable using a computer.
- Coordinate with our service team and our administrative staff in regards to inventory and job status.
- Suggest measurements of improvement and development of the warehouse.
- Maintain industry technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and events.
- Must have ability to work alone and with others.
- Ability to keep tools in good, working condition and to make minor repairs as needed.
- Responsible for monitoring company vehicle fleet maintenance. Fill out weekly vehicle maintenance sheets, check inspection logs, condition of tires, date of last oil change, date of inspection sticker, etc. Preform basic maintenance like changing bulbs, jump starting batteries and filling tires with air.
- Scheduling any needed vehicle service appointments at the garage. Keeping track of vehicle repair appointments.
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- The ability to read and understand technical instruction manuals
- Lifting 60+ pounds on a regular basis
