In business since 1990, Anderson’s Chimney & Masonry is one of the largest chimney businesses in PA and we are still growing. At Anderson’s we do everything from chimney inspections to fireplace repair and restoration. As an Apprentice, you would be working with some of the best trained technicians in Pennsylvania, in preparation for you to become a certified Technician and to run your own crew.
Our apprenticeship program prepares you for a successful move into the following positions at Anderson’s Chimney & Masonry:
- Fireplace Installer
- Gas and Pellet Service Specialist
- Brick Mason
- Service Technician

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company owned work truck.
- At least 1 year experience in any construction field.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- The ability to work on roofs, ladders and scaffolding for an extended period of time.
- Able to lift 60+ pounds on a regular basis.

National Standards
As certified sweeps, we are held to national standards of the NFPA. NFPA 211 for wood burning, NFPA 54 for gas appliances and NFPA 31 for oil appliances. All of our work is always conducted professionally and in compliance with these and any other local government codes that apply. Our professional opinions will be based on our experience and education.
